Growth chain review
Find where your growth breaks first.
A thirty minute review that starts at the page you are already paying to send traffic to, and follows the problem only as far as the evidence goes.
What we look at
Every customer travels the same chain
An ad, a page, a reply, an offer, and a business able to deliver on it. Each link sits in one of the four layers, and the whole chain only holds as well as the first link that gives way.
Most owners can feel the chain slipping. Few can say which link. That matters, because effort spent on the wrong link changes nothing, and money spent on it is the most expensive kind of nothing.
Traffic
The ad
Not ours to run. We read only where it hands the visitor to the page.
Message
The page
Does the click stay, and does the visitor understand why they should act?
Machine
The follow up
Does an enquiry hear back while it still matters, without you remembering to do it?
Offer
The offer
Does interest turn into a yes, at a price that holds?
Model
The business
Can it carry more volume without the owner becoming the bottleneck?
How it works
Thirty minutes, one question
01 Before the call
We read your ad and the page it sends traffic to, from the outside, with no access to anything. You do not need to pull a report or build a deck.
02 On the call
You tell us what happens after the click, the part nobody outside your business can see. How fast enquiries hear back, how many become customers, what would happen if twice as many arrived. We trace the chain link by link from the page, upstream or downstream, and stop where the evidence stops.
03 What you leave with
A straight answer to one question: where does your chain break first?
The first break, named, and the layer it sits in. What fixing it would involve, and the smallest move that would work.
If the page is fine, you will hear that, and where to look instead. If the break is something we fix, we will tell you what it costs. If it is not, we will say so.
The review follows the same rule as everything we do: find out what is actually happening before building anything, and measure whatever changes against what it replaced.

Book
Pick a time that suits you
One condition. The page needs to have been running paid traffic long enough to have a pattern in it. If your ads went live last week, book once they have a few weeks behind them.
