A. Subscription Cancellations

  • Monthly and Quarterly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be billed for the next cycle after cancellation.
  • Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, you may cancel at any time, but cancellations will take effect at the end of the current 12-month period.

B. Refunds for Subscriptions

  • Annual Subscriptions: If you wish to request a refund for an annual subscription, you must do so within 3 working days of the new subscription period starting. After this period, no refunds will be issued for the annual subscription. The refund will be for the unused portion of the subscription, and a processing fee may apply.
  • Monthly and Quarterly Subscriptions: Refunds for monthly or quarterly subscriptions are not available after the billing period has started.

C. Subscription Changes
You may upgrade, downgrade, or modify your subscription plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, and any additional charges or credits will be applied accordingly.

D. Auto-Renewals
All subscriptions are set to auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be notified in advance of any renewal, and you can opt-out or make changes to your subscription at that time.


4. Cancellation and Refund Requests

A. Cancellation Requests

  • Products: After we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Consulting Services: If applicable, refunds for unused or unperformed consulting work will be issued in accordance with the service agreement.
  • Subscriptions: Refunds for annual subscriptions will be granted within the first 3 working days of the renewal period, and only for the unused portion of the subscription.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on the method of payment and processing times with your payment provider.


5. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 10 days to request an exchange. We will replace the product at no additional charge, subject to product availability.
